Carer Application Form
To see if your background is suitable to become a carer, you should in the first instance complete this short Application Form. Successful applicants will be contacted for interview.
Attending Interview
If you are invited to attend an interview with Private Home Care, you will be asked to complete our Application Form (and to submit it in advance of your interview). The Application Form asks you to provide more detailed information, including references, than you will have submitted in the Enquiry Form.
You may submit your application form as follows :

- Email your CV to recruitment@privatehomecare.ie
- Post your CV to HR Department, Private Home Care, 2 Newcastle Road, Lucan, Co. Dublin
- Fax your CV to 01 6219107
If you do not hear from us within 10 working days, please bear in mind that we keep CVs / applications on file for 6 months.
